I'm Jen and I live in Ontario, Canada. I'm an avid book lover and writer, eager for words in my life. I love books, but don't we all? I've been reading for enjoyment all my life, but only recently have I started participating in the 50 Book Pledge. I made a goal with myself to review every book I read, so that's how this blog came about. It has evolved as I try to make different posts and keep new content coming! 

I've been reading mostly Young Adult books as of late; however, I will also post reviews of adult books here. Some of my favourite authors are Rachel Vincent, Courtney Summers, Lauren Oliver and J.R.R. Tolkien. English class was always my favourite subject and I caught myself reading ahead and outside of class quite a lot during high school. I'm a big fan of dystopian literature, though I've been reading a lot of contemporary YA lately. I'm not too picky about what I read as long as the description catches my eye. I'm a huge The Hunger Games and The Lord of the Rings fan and am always looking for new books to add to my "love" list. 

I love getting book recommendations. My Goodreads list is full of books and it just keeps growing. I love discovering new authors and falling in love with new characters. Shout outs are always welcome!
